By using jephcoded's mobile app development services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

jephcoded provides mobile app development services including:

• Custom mobile apps (iOS and Android) using React Native or Flutter
• App design and user interface development
• Backend API development and integration
• App deployment to App Store and Google Play
• Ongoing support and maintenance (as agreed in project scope)

2. Project Agreement

2.1 Project Scope

Each project begins with a clear scope of work that includes:

• Detailed feature list and functionality
• Timeline and delivery milestones
• Fixed pricing (no surprise fees)
• Revision policy and support terms

2.2 Changes to Scope

Any changes to the agreed project scope must be approved by both parties and may result in adjusted pricing and timelines.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Structure

• 50% Deposit: Required upfront to begin work
• 50% Final Payment: Due upon project completion and approval

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

• Paystack (card payments)
• Flutterwave
• Direct bank transfer
• WhatsApp payment (for Nigerian clients)

3.3 Late Payments

Final payment must be made within 7 days of project delivery. Projects not paid within this period may have features disabled until payment is received.

4. Delivery and Timeline

4.1 Delivery Estimates

We provide estimated delivery timelines for each project. While we strive to meet these deadlines, timelines may be affected by:

• Client delays in providing required assets or feedback
• Scope changes or feature additions
• Technical challenges or third-party service issues

4.2 Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must:

• Provide required content, images, and assets promptly
• Respond to questions and feedback requests within 48 hours
• Approve milestones in a timely manner

5. Revisions and Support

5.1 Included Revisions

Each project includes reasonable revisions to ensure you're 100% satisfied. This covers:

• Bug fixes and functionality issues
• Design adjustments within original scope
• Minor content or text changes

5.2 Post-Delivery Support

We provide 30 days of free bug fixes after delivery. Additional support or new features can be arranged at our standard hourly rate.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the custom code and design created specifically for your project. We retain rights to:

• Reusable code libraries and frameworks
• General development techniques and methodologies
• Portfolio rights (we may showcase your project with permission)

6.2 Third-Party Assets

Any third-party libraries, plugins, or assets used are subject to their own licenses. You are responsible for complying with these licenses.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, project details, and business data as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without permission, except as required by law.

8. Warranties and Limitations

8.1 Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all work will be performed professionally and will function as specified in the project scope.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. We are not responsible for:

• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Third-party service failures (hosting, APIs, etc.)
• Changes to platform policies (App Store, Google Play)

10. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, we agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes will be handled according to Nigerian law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Existing projects remain governed by the terms agreed upon at project start.
