1. 50% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your completed project, you can request a 50% refund within 7 days of final delivery, provided that:
- The project was completed and delivered as specified in the original scope
- You have provided specific feedback about issues during the revision period
- The issues are not related to features outside the agreed scope
- You request the refund within 7 days of receiving the final deliverables
2. Deposit Refunds (Before Work Begins)
2.1 Full Refund
You can get a full refund of your 50% deposit if:
- We haven't started work on your project yet
- You cancel within 24 hours of making the deposit payment
- We're unable to deliver the project as agreed
2.2 Partial Refund
If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. However, we may offer a partial refund based on:
- Amount of work already completed
- Time invested in the project
- Resources and tools already purchased for your project
3. What's NOT Covered by Refunds
Refunds are not available for:
- Scope Changes: If you request features not in the original agreement
- Client Delays: If project delays are caused by late feedback or asset delivery
- Third-Party Issues: Problems with App Store/Play Store approval, hosting, or external APIs
- Change of Mind: After final payment and beyond the 7-day guarantee period
- Technical Preferences: Personal preferences about technology choices that were agreed upon initially
4. Refund Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at jephcoding@gmail.com with "Refund Request" in the subject
- Provide your project details and reason for the refund request
- Include any relevant documentation or screenshots of issues
4.2 Processing Time
- Review: We'll review your request within 2 business days
- Resolution Attempt: We may first try to resolve any issues if possible
- Refund: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Payment Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method
5. Disputes and Issues
5.1 Communication First
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to:
- Let us know about any concerns during development
- Give us a chance to fix issues or address problems
- Use the included revision rounds to perfect the project
5.2 Mediation
If we can't reach an agreement about a refund, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before pursuing any legal action.
6. Project Cancellation by jephcoded
In rare cases where we need to cancel a project (due to unforeseen circumstances, technical impossibility, etc.), you will receive:
- Full refund of all payments made
- All work completed up to that point (if any)
- Assistance finding an alternative developer if requested

→ Third-party/client responsibility, not a development issue.
